Manager - Marketing Finance

SUMMARY - Everest client seeks a Manager Digital Marketing Analytics to bridge Finance and Marketing and guide data-driven decision-making. This role will identify and track marketing trends, analyze performance across digital channels, and support strategy development for a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem. Ideal candidates bring strong digital expertise, sharp analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week and residency in the DFW area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics across digital channels (loyalty, CRM, email, SMS, website, social, paid media).
- Identify key data sources, consolidate data assets, and extract insights on web activity, customer behavior, and digital marketing performance.
- Measure campaigns against KPIs, diagnose performance gaps, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Conduct testing and user-behavior analysis to enhance customer experience and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with Marketing and Finance to align revenue strategies, optimize measurement methods, project topline contribution, and support Ad Fund forecasting and spend.
- Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting for stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop guidance and documentation to support consistent, best-practice digital marketing execution.
- Monitor and interpret marketing and digital media trends to inform ongoing strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership as the in-house measurement expert.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
- Restaurant or retail industry background preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices and campaign design across social and display platforms.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and SQL; experience with Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of customer and marketing datasets.
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Budget management experience a plus.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-scaling organizations preferred.
