We are looking for a driven, strategic, and independent Sales Representative to join our client's team on-site in Sun Valley, CA. This is a high-paced role for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships while also hunting for new business, cold calling, and following up to close deals. What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prospect, cold call, and follow up with potential customers to develop new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
• Stay ahead of industry requirements and market trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in metal finishing, plating, aerospace, or industrial services.
• Comfortable working independently in a high-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Not afraid to pick up the phone, follow up, and push for growth.
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of plating processes (chrome, nickel, cadmium, etc.) a strong plus, but not required if willing to learn.
