Director - Digital Marketing

SUMMARY - Seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Director to lead and execute digital advertising campaigns for mass tort and personal injury cases. This role combines campaign strategy, media buying, creative development, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate can manage paid advertising while designing graphics, producing video, and developing compelling marketing content. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, display, search, and streaming platforms.
  • Manage media budgets, audience targeting, and campaign performance to maximize lead generation and acquisition efficiency.
  • Personally design advertisements, create graphics, and script, shoot, and edit video content.
  • Develop website content, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertising copy.
  • Track and optimize key metrics, including cost per lead, cost per signed case, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with attorneys and intake teams to align messaging, targeting, and lead qualification criteria.
  • Ensure advertising complies with applicable state bar regulations; identify opportunities to improve results through testing, analytics, and emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience; legal marketing, personal injury, mass torts, or lead generation experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly Meta, and Google advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design and video editing tools; demonstrated graphic design, videography, and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and a performance-oriented mindset.
